WATER/PROCESSING
Our natural mineral spring water comes from a pristine underground source in Millcreek Canyon located in the Wasatch Range of the Rocky Mountains. The spring water contains a natural blend of minerals; calcium, magnesium, and potassium. It is carried daily from the mountains to our state-of-the-art facility by a stainless steel tanker.
For those who prefer mineral free water, we also offer a purified steam distilled water. Our distilled water meets the U.S. Pharmacopeia standards established for purified water. Additionally we offer a premium drinking water processed by Reverse Osmosis (R.O.). During the bottling process, we sterilize and naturally enrich the water with oxygen elements.
TESTING
To guarantee the purity of our water, Rocky Mountain Water Company performs daily operating tests to insure proper bottling procedures and product quality. On a weekly basis, we also send water samples off-site to an independent lab for testing and product quality verification. In addition, on an annual basis, NSF International conducts an analysis to insure our water is in compliance with the FDA regulations and meets all guidelines established by the IBWA Bottled Water Model Code.
CERTIFICATION
Rocky Mountain Water Company’s water products are tested by the National Sanitation Foundation (NSF). NSF International is a world wide recognized independent certification organization for public health and safety. Rocky Mountain Water Company maintains strict bottling standards, testing procedures, and General Manufacturing Practices (GMP’s), including HACCP (Hazard Analysis & Critical Control Points) which is a management system in which food safety is addressed through the analysis and control of biological, chemical and physical hazards from raw material production, procurement and handling, to manufacturing, distribution and consumption of the finished product.
